F works for a local authority, delivering arts development work over a large geographical area. He has completed Access to Work applications for members of staff and has nothing but praise for the way the scheme works and what it has enabled staff to achieve.
He has found Access to Work personnel easy to approach, informed and informative.
F has supported administrative staff through the process, as well as artists delivering participatory sessions in the community. He says it has been invaluable to have developed a relationship with key people at Access to Work who have developed a real understanding of what the work involves.
