Working for a companyIf you are working for a company, you will usually be given a contract, a handbook or a file of information which sets out what you are expected to do, how much you get paid and what the systems and set up at your new place of employment might be. At the very least, if you have worked for an organisation for two weeks, you are legally entitled to a written statement of employment. This does not need to be long and complex, but must include:
