Disability Equality Trainer / Access AuditorSome disabled artists work as disability equality trainers, working with arts organisations and others to help them understand the social model of disability, Disability Discrimination Act and how they can best work with disabled people. Others work as Access Auditors, helping building based organisations improve and further develop their access for disabled people. In the past, Shape has run a course training disabled people to deliver disability equality training. To find out more about Training the Trainers for Disability Equality Training, follow this link.
